Missing is the 1958 volume. These are from the Colorado School of Mines library. They have call numbers on the spine. Card pocket evidence on the front board or FFEP. They have library stamps on the edges.

The 1st 4 volumes are fairly rare. All were printed in a limited run, usually 500 to 750 copies.
