The mounting rails sit on top of the bed caps and allow for 2/3 bed access. The provided storage straps will let you drive down the road with the cover secured in position. A black powdercoat finish adds function as it helps to protect the aluminum panels from any abrasions. Rubber seals rest on top of the bed cap to help form a watertight seal, and inside the mounting rails is a weather strip for an extra layer of protection from the elements. The Gator Trio is easy to install in about 20 to 30 minutes, with no drilling required and no special tools needed.

The mounting rails use a clamp-on system that provides a secure installation, while the cover uses turn-knob bolts that can be hand-tightened with ease.
